Do you offer Signature Confirmation?

We do not include signature confirmation on shipments, because the vast majority of our customers are inconvenienced by it and prefer that it not be included. If you would like this service, please request it during the checkout process.

What are your shipping rates?

The shipping charges are as close to the actual shipping rates as possible. Our software retrieves the rates in real time based on your delivery address and package weight. What shipping methods do you offer? We offer the following options:

• Budget (5-10 Days)
• Standard (3-5 Days)
• Express (1-3 Days)
• FedEx Home Delivery
• FedEx Express Saver
• FedEx 2nd Day
• FedEx Standard Overnight

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the same business day if placed by 4pm CT, unless an product is temporarily out of stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock, an estimate of when we will be able to ship it will be listed near the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.

You can expect to receive your order based on the standard UPS shipping estimates. For reference all orders are shipped from Wisconsin.
