Receive a Gift and Not Like it?
No problem. With your order, you should have received a small card with instructions on how to return the items. Simply complete this card and ship the items back to us with in 30 days and we'll provide you with store credit for the value of the items returned as long as the item(s) and packaging are in new and resellable condition.
Change Your Mind?
No problem. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 21 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) as long as the item and packaging are in new and resellable condition. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the product to us. You must follow these return instructions.
If the product was used to qualify for a promotion, such as free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the discount.
If the product and packaging returned to us is not in new and resellable condition, we will only provide store credit less 25% of the original price to account for the fact that the item can no longer be sold as new. If the product and packaging returned to us is incomplete or damaged we will either return it to you or provide store credit less half of the original price.
Gift wrapping is not refundable.
Need a Different Size?
We will gladly exchange it for you if you return the item within 21 days of receiving your order. We do require that you cover the shipping cost to send the product(s) back to us, but we will ship your exchange free of charge via USPS Priority Mail. Limit one free exchange per order. You must follow these exchange instructions.
If you would like to receive your new size faster you can place a new order and then simply return the incorrect size by following these return instructions.
Receive a Defective Product?
If you receive a defective product we will replace it if you contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. If you believe the product was damaged in shipping, please let us know so we can contact the shipping provider.
If a product goes bad after you start using it, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you need help locating the manufacturer please let us know.
